Working Hard Keeping Strong

The exhibition Working Hard-Keeping Strong is Gecko Gallery\'s third collaboration with Iwantja Arts, a community located in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands at Indulkana, South Australia. Their art demonstrates a high level of individuality with many artists having achieved recognition with representation at national institutions. The title reflects the strength and focus of the Anangu of this area and through the direction of the art centre their identity as artists is proudly celebrated.
