Tossie Baadjo

Tossie Badjo was born in 1958 at Karntawarra which is her grandmother's country north west of Wilkinkarra (Lake Mackay) a large salt lake south of Balgo in the Great Sandy Desert. Her paintings use bold colour and describe the sand hills (tali) and the rockholes of the area.
