Spinifex Seeds

Elizabeth's paintings are particularly fine, created using a miasma of fine dots, in some instances created by using the points of small bunches of spinifex to apply paint. The effect is an overlay of colour patterning that suggests vast areas of desert country from an aerial perspective, accented with an informal grid.
