Thoowark

"This is my mother's country past Kildirk area. These hills are called Thoowark which is the place for spearheads. The stones here are already sharp for the spear."

Note: This etching is number 49 of an edition of 50. The three plates for this etching were created during a workshop conducted by Northern Editions at Waringarri Aboriginal Arts in April 2008. This work forms part of a collectors folio titled the Waringarri Suite available through the gallery.
