Putipula

Putipuli refers to the wild flowers. The swirling imagery in this painting is inspired by the petals of wild flowers which are abundant for a short time after the rainy season in her desert country. Rosalynd is associated with Iwantja Arts & Crafts at Indulkana in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunyjatjara Lands in the far north of South Australia approximately 8km  from the Stuart Highway between Alice Springs and Cooper Pedy.
